This hotel in the center of Hpa-An offers great value for money. The staff is amazingly friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable with hot water and AC, and the breakfast included has many options to choose from.

I had a really good experience at this hotel. It's perfect and fairly clean, definitely deserving more than 3 stars. The staff were attentive, and I was able to check in very early. The hotel's location is great for exploring the central area, as it's close to Mt Zwegabin, the center of Hpa-An, and features a rooftop bar/restaurant with excellent views.

We stayed at Golden Palace for two nights during our family vacation. The family room was incredibly spacious, with enough room to comfortably accommodate more beds. The staff, including the friendly owner, provided excellent service. The hotel's location was ideal, close to various restaurants and attractions. It was a new and modern hotel, which added to our positive experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were its central location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, and decent all-you-can-eat breakfast. The hotel also offers scooter rental and has a garage for guests' scooters. Additionally, the air conditioning is efficient and silent, and the shower has unlimited hot water.

The hotel has a convenient location and helpful staff on-site. The buffet breakfast is satisfying and frequently restocked. The clean rooms are equipped with air conditioning and some even have fridges. Some rooms have an exceptional shower.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the basic amenities I needed, including air conditioning and hot water. The location was perfect, right in the center of Hpa-An, making it convenient to explore the town. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including a delicious western choice.
